Smaller and Mobile Processing Technology
In addition to the market for our fixed and modularly expandable installations, we have identified a market segment for mobile installations with a smaller processing capacity. During discussions with customers from both the industrial and agricultural markets, it became clear to us that there is a great demand for smaller, mobile installations for the valorization of organic waste and residual flows. For this reason Circuworld has developed its mobile installations: the Mobile Bio-Converter and the Clean Air Unit.

Mobile Bio-Converter
The Circuworld Mobile Bio-Converter incorporates over 40 years of composting expertise into a compact, efficient, and portable unit capable of on-site processing and valorizing a wide range of organic residues. It is housed in a 40-foot container (12m) and comes fully equipped with all the necessary equipment and technology. Its software allows for remote operation and real-time monitoring by both the support team and end-user. The Mobile Bio-Converter is especially suitable for the processing of industrial sludges and other solid waste streams; residual waste from (industrial) food production and processing; the drying of organic fractions such as wood chips; and for the composting or hygienization of animal manure or other agricultural wastes. Due to its small footprint, ease of operation and processing capacity, it is very suitable for on-site processing of waste typically resulting in significant cost savings and emission reduction. Designed for flexibility and easy deployment, the Mobile Bio-Converter is also very suitable for use in hard-to-reach locations, such as within reforestation projects, temporary activities, or for use at different locations on a rotating basis. As an optional feature, the Mobile Bio-Converter can also be equipped with our state-of-the-art heat recovery technology.

Clean Air Unit
To minimize processing costs per ton and increase freedom of placement for the Mobile Bio-Converter, Circuworld has developed a separate Clean Air Unit containing the ammonia scrubber and biofilter. This 40-foot container (12m) can be placed in close proximity to the Mobile Bio-Converter and connected with a flexible air hose, making it possible to position the installations in small and hard-to-reach places. This Clean Air Unit can also function independently from the Mobile Bio-Converter and for example be used to treat ammonia and odor in livestock or poultry houses.

Highly Adaptable Technology
The Circuworld Agile Bio-Converter technology is highly adaptable. The same technological and infrastructural hardware can be used for the processing of e.g., lawn and yard waste, industrial organic waste, sludges, bio-solids, the organic fraction of municipal solid waste (MSW), manure, agricultural waste, and even the biological drying of a wide range fractions. For instance, Circuworld has experience with the biological drying of MSW, biomass, aquatic products, and a wide range of agricultural produce and products. Maximizing the Return and Efficiency of Technology
In an effort of maximizing the return and efficiency of its technology and processes, Circuworld recovers process heat from its organic waste valorization technology. Our technology is the result of years of research and development, and is designed to reduce CO2 emissions while optimizing heat utilization from biological processes. Our heat recovery technology can be used for harvesting heat as a by-product from our Agile Bio-Converter or Mobile Bio-Converter technology processes, or can be used as central technology. In that case, the plant design and operational process is designed specifically for the purpose of heat production and maximization. Through our advisory services, Circuworld can help determine the best approach and business case for your unique opportunity resulting in reduced operating expenses and increased overall productivity.
Utilization of Sustainably Recovered Heat
Sustainably recovered heat from our Agile Bio-Converter and Mobile Bio-Converter processes can be utilized in a range of different ways. Recovered heat can be re-used in our process for pre-heating of process air, enabling a more efficient process, shorter retention times, and higher return on invested capital. Recovered heat can also be used for other on-site applications such as heating, cleaning and drying. It can also be recovered and sold for use in district heating or as a source of renewable energy for neighboring operations like factories, greenhouses, swimming pools or other (large) demands for heat. The Circuworld technology for recovery and utilization of heat plays a central role in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and offsetting dependency on fossil fuels.
