Our Mobile Bio-Converter is a flexible composting and hygienization installation developed for the processing and valorization of animal manure and agricultural residues. The installation is delivered in a 40-foot container (12m) which is completely equipped with all necessary components and technology. Our software can be used to operate and monitor the Mobile Bio-Converter remotely by both our support team and the end-user. To make it as easy as possible for the end-user, Circuworld offers technical support as well as maintenance packages, if desired. This means that we manage and supervise the entire process remotely and the end user only has to take care of filling and emptying the Mobile Bio-Converter.

Proven Technology
The agricultural sector has a long history of many initiatives in the field of manure processing that did not work in practice. Things are different with the Mobile Bio-Converter. The Circuworld technology is proven, and based on more than 40 years of experience with composting and the processing of more than 100 different organic residual flows, including cow-, pig- and poultry manure. Our technology has been widely used for manure processing since 2015. The Mobile Bio-Converter is an innovative further development of existing and proven technology in a smaller package; a mobile 40-foot container. The Circuworld team has designed, built and operated installations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, United Kingdom and Canada.

SAVE COSTS!
To reduce costs! In the current situation, livestock and poultry farmers pay substantial amounts for the removal and processing of their manure. Due to the low dry matter contents, this typically involves the transportation of vast volumes of moisture. Furthermore, non-hygienized manure requires further processing before it can be sold on the market. This can be done differently with on-site manure valorization!
NO MORE FLUCTUATING AND RISING EXTERNAL PROCESSING COSTS
A lot of costs can be saved by composting or hygienizing the solid manure fraction on-site with our Mobile Bio-Converter. Part of the liquid manure fraction can be also be co-treated during the composting process. In addition, it is possible to hygienize the manure in a very short time. The water content is reduced by an average of about 10-40%. Through this, we can save significantly on transport costs. Both composting and hygienization produce an export-worthy end-product and immediately lead to lower processing costs, or even income. The end-product is also suitable for long-term storage. This allows one to sell when prices are favorable, hence increasing margi. As a result, the farmer is no longer at the mercy of fluctuating costs for external processing.
EASY OPERATIONS
After placement on a paved surface, connection to electricity (400V, 32kVA) and to the internet (>2Mb/s), the Mobile Bio-Converter is immediately ready for use. The Mobile Bio-Converter can be loaded with the solid manure fraction using a telehandler or small Bobcat. In addition to limited space for the Mobile Bio-Converter, storage space is also required for approximately 50 tons. Circuworld provides the operational support and necessary training for proper operation and correct loading and emptying of the Mobile Bio-Converter. Circuworld also offers the option to buy-off additional maintenance costs. This makes using the Mobile Bio-Converter safe, simple and without financial surprises. So easy!
SHORT RETENTION TIME AND HIGH ON-SITE PROCESSING CAPACITY
In case of composting, the process of operating the Mobile Bio-Converter will take no more than 4 hours per week. Capacity in this case is about 35-40 tons for the first batch, and 10-15 tons for the second batch. Loading and unloading 1 batch takes an average of 1-1.5 hours, and the total average retention time is about 8 days. In case of composting, the processing capacity is 2,000 tons per year (average dry matter content of between 25-30%). When the Mobile Bio-Converter is used for the hygienization of manure, retention time will be on average 1-2 day(s). The processing capacity for hygienizing manure is approximately 7,000 tons per year.
